Wilson

Wilson was a Starfleet transporter technician aboard the USS Enterprise, who served under Captain James T. Kirk in 2266. Wilson surrendered his phaser to an "evil" duplicate of Captain Kirk created in a transporter malfunction. (TOS: "The Enemy Within")

Wilson was portrayed by Garland Thompson, who had previously portrayed "Crewman #2" in "Charlie X" — which may be an appearance of the same character.
