Several holograms of Worf were created.
A hologram of Worf was created by Reginald Barclay in 2366. A hologram of Worf was used to trick James Moriarty with a false reality. This fooled Moriarty into releasing his control over the computer of the Enterprise program. (TNG: "Ship in a Bottle")
A hologram of Worf was used in Deanna Troi's Bridge Officer's Test. Worf was a senior officer in the simulation, where the insulation of the antimatter chambers is breaking down.(TNG: "Thine Own Self")
