A wrappage is a unit of yamok sauce.

On Deep Space 9 in 2369, Rom ordered 5,000 wrappages of yamok sauce. Due to the sauce's worthlessness, Nog acquired all 5,000 wrappages from Rom. (DS9: "Progress")

In late 2373, Quark smuggled in ten thousand wrappages of yamok sauce, "hedging his bets" in case the Dominion took control of the station. Jadzia Dax thought the large number of wrappages was excessive. (DS9: "Call to Arms")
