Wright Flyer

From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference

The Wright Flyer was the first airplane on Earth to successfully perform a controlled, powered, sustained flight. The plane was built and flown by Orville and Wilbur Wright in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina in 1903. (ENT: "North Star")

After Jonathan Archer restored a damaged timeline, the Wright Flyer could be seen in the time stream as the timeline realigned itself. (ENT: "Storm Front, Part II")

This scene was also featured in the opening credits for Star Trek: Enterprise.

An image depicting the first flight of the Wright Flyer was contained in the library computer aboard the USS Enterprise in 2254. (TOS: "The Cage" remastered)
