Ensign Wyatt was a 23rd century Starfleet transporter technician aboard the USS Enterprise, serving under Captain James T. Kirk.
In 2268, Wyatt was transporting a landing party to the surface of a Kalandan outpost planet when he was mysteriously killed by an unknown woman attempting to stop the transport.
A preliminary autopsy conducted by Dr. Sanchez determined that he died from cellular disruption. Sanchez ruled out any possibility of a disease organism. It was later determined that the cellular disruption that killed Wyatt was caused by the touch of the Kalandan program, Losira. (TOS: "That Which Survives")
Wyatt was played by actor Brad Forrest.
