Yukon River

The Yukon River is a major river in Canada and the United States of America. The river flowed from the mountains of western Canada and through the state of Alaska before emptying into the Bering Sea. A major city on the river is Dawson. (TOS: "The Cage")
- This river was identified on a political map of the North Pacific region in the USS Enterprise library computer. The Talosians retrieved this map when they accessed the starship's computers in 2254.
In the mid-24th century, the crew of Deep Space 9 named one of their runabouts the USS Yukon in honor of this river. (DS9: "Sons of Mogh")
