Zero was the departure point of the USS Min'ow in 2370 before arriving at Deep Space 9. (DS9: "Whispers")
Zero was never mentioned or shown, it was simply listed in an okudagram graphic of an arrival roster on a viewscreen. Further information on Zero is unavailable, but it could be a star, star system or sector of space.
