Casey Biggs, geboren op 4 april 1955, is een acteur die het meest bekend is geworden als het karakter van Damar in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Hij speelde een menselijk karakter, Dr. Wykoff, in de aflevering "Shadows and Symbols" en een Illyrian Captain in de Star Trek: Enterprise aflevering "Damage".
