Charles Douglass is an actor who played the role of Haskell in the Star Trek: The Next Generation second season episode "Where Silence Has Lease".
Douglass appeared in the late 1970s in the drama Getting Together (1976) and in the drama Short Eyes (1977, with Bruce Davison, Mark Margolis, and Shelly Desai). He had guest roles in episodes of ABC Afterschool Specials (1982, with Barbara J. Tarbuck), Family Ties (1983, with Carlos LaCamara), Fame (1983, with Madlyn Rhue), Knots Landing (1985, with Buck McDancer), Mama's Family (1988, with Nikki Cox), and Falcon Crest (1988, with Dana Sparks, Christopher Held, and Thomas Knickerbocker).
Following his work on Star Trek: The Next Generation, Douglass portrayed an officer in the 1990 television action film Dangerous Passion. This film also features Trek performers Nick Dimitri, Bruce Barbour, and Bob Minor.
