Admiral Drazman – nicknamed "Droner" for his dull personality – was the commander of the Proxima Maintenance Yards.
In 2371, the senior staff of Deep Space 9 was asked to attend an annual Starfleet symposium on the Gamma Quadrant, which was being held on Earth. Drazman, who was on Earth, invited the senior staff to a formal dinner. Commander Benjamin Sisko, Lieutenants Julian Bashir and Jadzia Dax accepted the invitation. (DS9: "Past Tense, Part I")
