F.J. Rio is the actor who appeared as Enrique Muniz in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine fourth and fifth season episodes "Starship Down", "Hard Time" and "The Ship". He later played Joleg in the Star Trek: Voyager seventh season episode "Repentance" and a Vissian engineer in the Star Trek: Enterprise second season episode "Cogenitor".
Rio has also played Cruz Pezuela in The Shield and Alex Diaz in Beverly Hills, 90210. Rio also guest-starred in Seinfeld, The X-Files, NYPD Blue, Prison Break, 24, and Southland.
