Gamma Hromi II was the uninhabited M-class second planet in the Gamma Hromi system, and located within the Hromi Cluster in the Beta Quadrant.
In the 2360s, this planet was inhabited by the Gatherers, who used it as an outpost. In 2366, the Federation starship USS Enterprise-D tracked the Gatherers to this planet. The Gatherers attempted an unsuccessful ambush on an away team from the starship, and a truce was agreed upon by both factions. (TNG: "The Vengeance Factor")
This planet's quadrant of origin is inferred based on the position of its star system as seen in the star chart appearing in the Star Trek: Discovery episode "Magic to Make the Sanest Man Go Mad".
