Jerry Foxworth (born 11 September 1942; age 81) portrayed a Security Guard in the Star Trek: The Original Series first season episode "Mudd's Women".

Aside from his on-screen appearance in Star Trek, Foxworth's only other known acting role was that of the titular character in the children's play "Robin Hood" at the Long Beach City College auditorium. (Independent Press-Telegram [Long Beach, CA], 6 February 1966, p. D-22) The production later moved on to the Children's Theatre of the Pasadena Playhouse Association, which he began performing same day "Mudd's Women" first aired, 13 October 1966.
