Ken LaZebnik (born 11 November 1954; age 69) wrote the Star Trek: Enterprise fourth season episodes "Borderland" and "Daedalus". He was also a supervising producer for the season's first eleven episodes.

LaZebnik also wrote and produced for Touched by an Angel (which featured the late Charles Rocket and Paul Winfield, among others) and wrote two episodes of Providence. He also co-wrote the story for the Robert Altman-directed A Prairie Home Companion, starring Virginia Madsen and many others.
