Michael Scranton (25 December 19586 May 2021; age 62) is an actor who appeared as a Romulan guard in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "Unification II". He filmed his scenes on Thursday 12 September 1991 on Paramount Stage 16.

Following his appearance on Star Trek, Scranton was featured as a Policeman in the crime thriller Judgment Night (1993, with Christine Harnos, Galyn Görg, Doug Wert, David L. Crowley, and Mark Phelan), played Batman's father Thomas Wayne in flashbacks in Batman Forever (1995, with René Auberjonois, on screen wife Eileen Seeley, Gary Kasper, Noby Arden, Kevin Grevioux, Sidney Liufau, Jim Palmer, Peewee Piemonte, and Ed Begley, Jr.), and starred in the short drama No Greater Love (2005) which he also wrote.

In addition, he worked as stand-in on the crime thriller The Winner in 1996, with Biff Yeager and fellow stand-ins James L. Woods and Chris Novicki.
