Monique K. Chambers worked as the Post Production Coordinator on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine during the sixth and seventh season and Star Trek: Voyager for its fifth, sixth and seventh season. She was also Peter Lauritson's assistant on Star Trek: Insurrection.
The name M. Chambers, which appears on the dedication plaque for Enterprise NX-01 on Star Trek: Enterprise, is a reference to Monique Chambers.
