Patrick Horgan (26 May 19296 October 2021; age 92) was the actor from Nottingham, England, who appeared as Eneg in the Star Trek: The Original Series second season episode "Patterns of Force". He filmed his scenes between Friday 1 December 1967 and Wednesday 6 December 1967 at Desilu Stage 10 and Stage 11.

Horgan guest-starred with fellow Star Trek performers on many other television series, including: Daniel Boone with Paul Fix; Pistols 'n' Petticoats with Stanley Adams and Robert Pine; The Girl from U.N.C.L.E. with Arnold Moss and Sabrina Scharf; 12 O'Clock High with Frank Overton, Bert Remsen, and Paul Sorensen; Mission: Impossible with Lee Bergere and John Crawford; Cimarron Strip with George Murdock, Ron Soble, and Grace Lee Whitney; and Bewitched with Elizabeth Rogers.

He is possibly best known for his four-year stint portraying Dr. John Morrison on the soap opera The Doctors, from 1970 through 1974. He went on to have brief stints as a regular on other soap operas, including Ryan's Hope, Guiding Light, and As the World Turns. He was also a regular on Casablanca, starring David Soul, and had a role in George Washington (1984, with Megan Gallagher, John Glover, Kelsey Grammer, Richard Kiley, Stephen Macht, Clive Revill, and Anthony Zerbe).

He also had a few feature films to his credit, most notably Zelig (1983) as the Narrator. He also appeared in The Thomas Crown Affair (1968) and The Curse of the Jade Scorpion (2001, featuring John Schuck, Wallace Shawn, Brian Markinson and David Ogden Stiers).
