Ensign Pavlik was a female Human Starfleet engineer in the 24th century. In 2367, she served on the USS Enterprise-D.

She was working in engineering during Dr. Leah Brahms' visit in 2367. She assisted Brahms in collating a list of modifications that Geordi La Forge made to the Enterprise's engines. She also helped the doctor find a file on the ship's original specifications, which included a holographic program that incorporated Brahms' personality profile, created by La Forge a year earlier. After Brahms had left to run the program, Pavlik informed La Forge about her whereabouts.

She later assisted in the attempt to get rid of a spaceborne organism known as "Junior" that had attached itself to the ship and was feeding on the power of its fusion reactors. She monitored the power drop as La Forge attempted to decompress the shuttlebay to force it off. When Pavlik reported an auto-shutdown when the power drain worsened, Riker ordered her to take the engines offline rather than allow the shutdown to enact. When La Forge returned to engineering for a status on the power readings, Pavlik told him that the life support systems where about the only things functioning. (TNG: "Galaxy's Child")

Ensign Pavlik was played by Jana Marie Hupp, who later returned as Lieutenant Monroe in TNG: "Disaster".
The Star Trek Encyclopedia spells her name as "Pavlick".
