Perpetual Entertainment

Perpetual Entertainment (also known as P2 Entertainment) was an American developer, publisher, and operator of networked multiplayer games and MMORPGs headquartered in San Francisco, California. They were developing Star Trek Online from mid-2006 until January 2008, when the rights and assets (but not the code) for the game were transferred to Cryptic Studios. [1]

Following several layoffs and a lawsuit the company closed its doors in February 2008.
