Crewman Ramos was a 24th century Starfleet security officer aboard the USS Enterprise-D under Captain Jean-Luc Picard.
In 2364, he was responsible for guarding Klingon fugitives Korris and Konmel. He was later killed by them when they attempted to escape their cell rather than face extradition on Qo'noS. (TNG: "Heart of Glory")
Ramos was played by stunt actor Dennis Madalone.
