Sphere-Builder vessels were armed starships used by the Sphere-Builders while they attempted to invade the Milky Way Galaxy in a possible alternate 26th century, part of their arsenal that also included the Delphic Expanse spheres. In the pivotal Battle of Procyon V, two different vessel designs were employed by the Sphere-Builders, neither of which were able to survive counterattacks from Federation forces. In the final draft script of "Azati Prime", the second Sphere-Builder ship was described thus; "Its bizarre hull configuration bears the same odd striations as the Spheres."
