The Starfleet uniforms worn by Starfleet personnel during the 29th century reflected the template of previous generations, but displayed advances in style and a shift in division color-coding.

Standard duty uniform[]

Adopted sometime during the mid-to-late 29th century, at least two variations of the standard duty uniform were worn by those belonging to the Temporal Integrity Commission and aboard the Federation timeships Aeon and USS Relativity.

First version[]

The earlier uniform of this era consisted of burgundy trousers and matching tunic. The tunic had a prominent swath depicting the division color across the right shoulder and sleeve. A burgundy band was offset into the across the division color at mid-chest, while the division color, was likewise offset into the burgundy used with the rest of the uniform.

According to the "Future's End" script, Braxton's uniform was said to simply be "a version of Starfleet uniform and combadge that is different and distinct."

Second version[]

The later uniform of this era had the same superficial pattern, but were more robustly constructed. They consisted of a single-piece dark grey jumpsuit, featuring a quilted jacket with padded shoulders, a high, mandarin collar trimmed in white, displaying rank insignia with a Starfleet insignia combadge worn on the left breast.

This uniform was distinguished by a prominent swath of division color extending diagonally from the left side of the collar down the right sleeve. This swath consisted of a quilted or patterned material and, as in the past, was coded in at least three division colors denoting department of service: blue, reddish-brown, and dark green.

Only three of the six standard rank insignia types were observed in the episode "Relativity". More likely exist, but they remain conjectural.
