The Ticonderoga was an United Earth cargo ship that was in service in the mid-22nd century.
In 2154, Enterprise NX-01 received word that the Ticonderoga was missing approximately six hours from Andoria. When Enterprise arrived at the last known coordinates of the Ticonderoga, it was discovered that it had been destroyed, at the time, by an unknown marauder ship. All that remained of the Ticonderoga was hull fragments, nacelle casings and several Human bodies. (ENT: "The Aenar")

According to Wired magazine, the Ticonderoga was named as a subtle nod to the hometown of fan filmmaker James Cawley.
The Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 2, p. 397) assigned the prefix E.C.S. to the Ticonderoga, identifying it as a ship of the Earth Cargo Service.
