Tom Nibley (born 17 August 1950; age 73) is the actor who played Neil in the Star Trek: The Next Generation sixth season episode "Starship Mine".

Nibley previously appeared in episodes of Quincy M.E. (1982, with Garry Walberg, John S. Ragin, Robert Ito, Jonathan Frakes, Nicolas Coster, Ellen Geer, Phillip Pine, and Conroy Gedeon), Blue Thunder (1984, with Sam Anderson and Darleen Carr), Highway to Heaven (1987), Magnum, P.I. (1987), Newhart (1988), The Golden Girls (1990), Blossom (1991, with Alex Nevil), Murder, She Wrote (1992, with Daniel Davis, Cliff DeYoung, Robert Lansing, William Windom, and Arlee Reed), and Empty Nest (1989 and 1993, with Franc Luz).
