A shuttle could be seen on a ramp at Flint's castle on the planet Holberg 917G. (TOS: "Requiem for Methuselah")

Elysia []

Numerous starships were trapped in Elysia after disappearing from the Delta Triangle region in the many centuries leading into the 23rd century.

Among the species who lost ships in the Triangle were the Andorians, Tellarites, Klingons, Orions, Vulcans, Romulans, Humans, Phylosians, and the Gorn. Among the ships lost were the Bonaventure, the USS Enterprise, and the IKS Klothos. (TAS: "The Time Trap")

Two of the vessels that appeared here were the same design as vessels that appeared at the Vedala asteroid rendezvous (see below), suggesting that further presence of the Vedala, Em/3/Green's species, Sord's species, or the Skorr, as well.

Vedala asteroid rendezvous []

Rendezvous at the Vedala asteroid

In 2269, four spacecraft and the USS Enterprise converged at the Vedala asteroid to be briefed on their mission to the "mad planet".

The four unnamed starships were the ships in which Em/3/Green of an insectoid species, Sord of a reptilian race, Tchar of the Skorr species and Lara, a Human, arrived to the rendezvous. (TAS: "The Jihad")

These vessels were described in the script as being "a curious constellation of spacecraft: one toroid; one cubical; one ridged disc; several cylinders of varying sizes and curvatures." (Editor's note: None of which actually appeared in the stated forms.)
Two of the vessels were of same design as some of the derelict ships in Elysia in "The Time Trap" (see above).

Ship for hire []

In 2285, this ship was available for hire when Leonard McCoy contacted its captain about transport to the Mutara sector. (Star Trek III: The Search for Spock)

This ship was only mentioned in dialogue.

Three smaller ships neutralized by the Whale Probe []

In 2286, these three ships, smaller than a Federation starship, were neutralized by the Whale Probe. (Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home)

These ships were only mentioned in dialogue.
